All participants MUST abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

After we have received and reviewed your details, we will reach out to you to provide updates on the next steps. Don't worry if you don't hear back immediately! Rest assured that we have received your registration after you sign up. As we are frequently traveling abroad, it may take a few days for us to process your information. Following this, we will promptly send you the Expedition waiver and payment details.

All participants should be in good physical health and are required to purchase your own travel insurance or other relevant insurance. Please note that there is a certain level of risk involved in outdoor activities. 
Target species
  • Animal watching activities are affected by uncertain factors such as weather, species conditions, and protected area policies. The team cannot make any promises about the target species, but will try our best to create good observation conditions for the members.

  • Please do NOT sign up for individual species only. One should NOT only care about personal new species, but carefully observe each species, and return to the original intention of animal watching. 

Shooting instructions
  • The activity is mainly animal watching, and the pace is fast. The team will try their best to create good shooting conditions for the members.

  • When shooting, please pay attention to the safe distance between the animal and people, and observe the distance between group members and the animal. Everyone should keep pace with each other and oppose reckless shooting.

  • Please follow the instructions of the team leaders.

Notes
  • Please follow the leader's instructions throughout the trip. The leader will not be responsible for compensation for any accidental injuries caused by unauthorized adventures.

  • Some herping spots require hiking. Please confirm whether your physical condition can support it. If an accidental injury occurs in the wild, the leader will assist in rescue, but will not be responsible for any compensation or relevant cost.

  • The leader has the right to adjust the itinerary appropriately according to the actual situation.

  • It is a must to strictly follow the policy in the protected areas. 

  • Some herping spots have no mobile phone signals (there are signals at the accommodation throughout the trip), please prepare in advance.

  • Participants who are without mainland ID cards, please mention it when registering.

  • All participants should fully consider whether their health conditions can complete this activity and travel carefully.

  • Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, recovery from large and medium-sized operations, pregnant women and people with limited mobility are not suitable for participating in these tours.

  • Please bring relevant preventive medicines according to your physical condition. If you feel unwell, please inform the leader in time. 10. Please keep your personal valuables safe outdoors, in the car, in the hotel and other places. If lost, the leader will assist in finding them, but will not be liable for compensation. 

  • The leader will not be liable for breach of contract if the itinerary is delayed, the scenic area is closed, the hotel is requisitioned, and the herping destination cannot be achieved due to force majeure. Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided or overcome, including but not limited to bad weather, natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, aircraft failures, flight protection, terrorist incidents, government actions, public health incidents and other objective reasons.
